Most people believe that Android is Google's company, but in fact, Android Company was acquired by Google rather than Acquisition. This company was created by Andy Rubin, Rich Miner, Nick Sears and Chris White in October 2003 under the name of Android Incorporation. But soon the company faced financial problems and in July 2005 Android Incorporation was acquired by Google for $ 50 Million with the condition that its Key Employees (Chief Employees) Andy Rubin, Rich Miner and Nick Sears remain in the company.
