Lucille Anee

Last time Lucille saw Anee was when Anee was born, she only remembers a sickly baby who had the most chances to inherit the throne. Thinking of her as a competition, Lucille tried to asphyxiate her with a pillow. After one of the guards found her, she was going to be charged with treason against the crown and sentenced with beheading but after considering the possible death of Anee she was sent to a school overseas. When she was 15 she returned to her homeland, at the start she was going to be sent to one of their colonies, but after Anee discussed with their father about it being dangerous, Lucille was placed in the further wing of the castle.
Lucille grew curious about her little sister, so she set up a tea-party for them to meet, but after a few attempts to get under her skin and being brushed away Lucille found a real challenge to play around with. Anee just thought that Lucille was a pushy duchess/ countess.
Lucille took Anee as a plaything that only she could use.
Anee up until now doesn't know Lucille is her sister and thinks she is one representative of the church of the valley. After she moved with Luka she no longer has contact

Off the bat their relationship is like " puppet and puppeteer" Lucius is in constant need of validation and Complacency from his peers and Lucille uses this to her advantage.
They were the children of the second wife, and didn't bear a strong resemblance with their father, but they were the only of the siblings who had any similar Feature at the moment.
Lucius always was in the shadow of his sisters, the oldest was a military genius, his sister outshined any maiden of their country with her beauty and his younger sister went to the same classes that him when she was 7.
On the other hand, Lucille got a kick of Victimize herself to get things. It was less about what she got from it and more about at what length she could go. Even though it was easier to use her brother as a pawn, she pitied him, he was smart, sure, but not enough to outstand Anee. he wasn't ugly either, but Lucille already got princes and King requesting to see her face and even pay for it. He was fit, and the leader of his school team, but he couldn't win or tie in a 1vs1 against Dafna, nor run 50 Laps around the palace in one morning. He always was good, but never enough. Lucien might push him towards new subjects and maybe be the best in that field

Lucius wasn't sure about what to think about her, she was the reason his dear sister went away, but she was a newborn back then. But after a while he might leech off her to get praise. Maybe going out of his way to get her something or asking the cook to bake her favorite dessert
Anee knows about him,but doesn't minds him too much, he isn't too noisy and sometimes he would crack a joke about what she was learning or reading, plus he gives her piggyback ride when she gets tired or can't reach out for something.
After a while Anee got fed up with Lucius starting something one week and giving up the next, so she decided to propose a deal, if he could be outstanding in social relationship and learn about being an representative she would grant him the title of "outside affair Embassador". So that is how he got his title.
Even after Anee left they still keep sending formal letters to each other, mostly because of jobs but when they talk about unimportant things they send each other messages through a messaging app.
