‘✂' "SEND ME ‘✂’ AND MY MUSE WILL KILL YOURS. RIGHT NOW. BRUTALLY, HORRIBLY, BLOODY. JUST DO IT." (for an-embarrassing-creature, because her mun is a meany who adores angst?)
The morning was one that hadn’t been anything particularly remarkable. In fact, the most remarkable thing had been, frankly, that he’d been home from boarding school at all. In fact, that was something that probably was a mistake, all told, given that Tony and his father had, once again, found something to disagree on.
Which led to a shouting match.
Which, in turn led to Tony storming out of the room because he wasn’t about to put up with that on his school break. He just. Was not.
Unfortunately, he was simply too angry to pay attention.
Which meant he had enough time to register the startled noise as he barreled almost full tilt into someone soft, which meant either his mom or Ana, neither of which was he actually mad at. Thus, he turned, ready to apologize, when he realized where they were in the hall.
The fact it was the second floor.
And that it was definitely Ana. And she was falling, expression horribly surprised as Tony tried and failed to catch her before she started to tumble.
He chased after her, of course he did, anything to make those horrible breaking sounds stop and make sure she would be okay. Please, let her be okay, let that not have just happened.
He hit the bottom at a run seconds after she did, but there was definitely no way she’d be okay.
