"Is that right, Mariko? I sure hope your day is just as lovely." He hummed, the sarcasm dripping in his tone. "...And you would certainly remember that now is the time of day when you sing my praises. I like the little jingle about how I'm better than everyone you've ever met-- sing me that song again."

"Oh-- Why, you silly!" Mariko gives a crystalline giggle at that. "Do you really want me to praise all your qualities? It'll take the whole day!"

"Ah... But why not. After all, it's nice to properly treat a good friend now and then. Everyone needs the occasional confidence boost!"

And with that, she clears her throat and starts singing, in the sweetest, most melodious tune she is capable of:

If there was anything that bothered him the most about this timeline, it was that Cell had been revived for reasons he had yet to understand. No, bothersome wasn’t the right word. He hated it. But despite the revival, the fact no one had gone out of their way to send him back to Hell before he was able to get even stronger... The thing that confused him most was that the biomechanical chimera managed to find someone on Earth to help him, and he wanted to know why. 

Which would be the reason he had decided to visit Honeydew at her home, knocking a few times before she opened the door. He’d manage to offer a small wave, at the very least, he wanted this to start off civil.

“Hey there, sorry to drop by unannounced, but I feel there’s something I need to talk to you about, may I come in?”

“Zuchi! Zuchi, where are you?!”

The dark blue-haired woman called out, looking about the shop to find her charge. Could she even call her that? While Bayonet looked about though, she noticed a tip of a tail twitching in another room, only to peer in and see the would-be ‘Zuchi’ lounging about on the couch.

“There you are! Zuchi, could you give me a hand with some of the scrap metal behind the back of the shop? Got some heavy pieces that need to be crush and I know you’re the girl for it!”

The redhead had been snoozing on the couch, up till she heard the human calling for her, having feigned being asleep a little longer to ignore her. However, one eye cracked open to look with such disdain of being disturbed. Ah well, at least she was offering her to crush and break scraps.

“Fine...whatever you say.” Zuchi muttered to herself before forcing herself off the couch, curling her tail around her waist once more to hide it. For trying to blend in with the humans on this planet, she was doing a somewhat botched job at it.

“Thank you Zuchi. Gotta move the box of parts to the front. A customer is coming to pick up today. Oh I can’t wait to see her! Been a while since I’ve seen her too.” Bayonet chimed with utter glee as she scrambled off to go find the box of parts, making the Saiyan raise a brow and shake her head. Ugh...humans.

Of all of them she had to reside with, it had to be the perkiest one..

i always found it cool how people can mix ocs into fandoms. anemcia is a prime example of what awesome things a person can add to an existing universe. honeydew is really wholesome and i like her dynamic not just with cell and cyto, but all the other characters she engages with too. between the mun and the muses i’m always laughing about something. this is a really good blog and i’m happy to have them on my dash!

"You know what, forget it. Keep your damn recording. None of that was even remotely honest on my end, you just manipulated the situation to your advantage. So, everything you get from it is just fake, from the first to the last second. If looking at something so void makes you happy, go on with that. All I'll have to do is reminding myself how that was not me. Not really."
