Does Sondro/K&L share the same world with your comic universe
No, for ease of just you know, not having Shane's work shackled to mine or vice versa. There's possibility of crossover and I know how to do it- Lalla does cameo at the opening of Sondro's campaign- but it's separate stuff otherwise.
So Sally Rook, Walrus camera guy( Idk his name) Dollie O’ hare, is there more Sonic based ocs in the AC universe
probably a bunch, just, possibly not that obvious. Walrus camera guy (still deciding what he'd be named- some variation on Joe Sushi feels the obvious answer. Zo Susi? (Side note, I'm intentionally using kunrei for JP words, so words we'd normally romanise as, say, Fuji, are Huzi within this setting) as her cameraman. I've got a vague idea for the Bunnie analogue, who yeah, Dollie O'Hare or some similar name. Unsure for an Antoine one or a bunch of other Archie ones. I got a good few StC ones, those are the most obvious- Jackie is evolved from Amy, etc.
Wouldn't want to over-emphasise this, of course, but yeah there's a few instances of character ideas I have that are "what if this Sonic thing but different".

Was Sondro Gomez part of your comic lore originally? I saw a blue version of him in your sketch
Did you? I don't remember there being one, might've just been a similar character or a doodle I did for fun and forgot to remove. Anyway no, the characters I've made for Cellar Chateaux are not mine. The art style basically evolved out of those projects, but the characters are the director's.

no and yes
as in, not of mine- as I mention in the text at the start of the artbook, I early on used an old sprite comic by someone else as a springboard to work from. the red hedgehog is a character from that- it's why he stops appearing after a point, as I drop using direct elements like that. But yes, the character is a street fighter ref
