Javier “Javi” García learns this the hard way, in a world no children deserves to be born in, as he’ll do whatever’s necessary to protect those most dearest to him, including Kate, Mariana, and Gabriel García, his beloved family in Jason Latino, Rebekah Gamin Arcovitch, Chris Rebbert, Chris Rieser, and Jason Pyke’s 2017 released Episodic Interactive-Drama/Graphic-Adventure video game, “The Walking Dead: A New Frontier” (Xbox One). 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️💀 It’s quite a strange, yet VERY delightful experience. Deciding how a beautiful love story plays out that is, in a video game which #TelltaleGames have ALWAYS reminded their loyal fan-base how the tales told is “tailored” to HOW the players CHOOSE to tell said tales. When describing #ANewFrontier as a “Love Story”, yours truly meant it wholeheartedly, because the love between Javier & Kate García is, was, and ALWAYS has been, in my honest to God opinion, the heart and soul of this particular chapter in #TheWalkingDead video game franchise, which is without question my 2nd favorite in the series, after the very 1st Chapter where the bad-a** survivor herself, Clementine, first began her journey in the Post-Zombie Apocalypse. 😃 Clementine does indeed return, and proves to be an invaluable ally to Javier, Kate, Gabriel, Eleanor, Tripp, Paul “Jesus” Rovia (God, I want to MARRY this sexy, Jesus-lookalike stud!!! 😍💘), and of course, Javier’s hotheaded a**hole of a big brother, David García, the latter of who I’ve got absolutely NOTHING to say on. 😒 Clementine may have played a strong SUPPORTING role in this beautifully told tale, but it is essentially the tale of the García family and their struggle for survival. That, and the heartwarming and super cute love story between Javier & Kate. 😍❤️ They were meant for each other, they really were! 👫💏💝 If the pair were real, yours truly would tell them: “God bless you two love birds!
