When you meet someone, you never know how life will change. You don’t know if this person will become a sentence, paragraph, chapter, or the rest of your whole damn n o v e l.

You begin slow.

We spent every day since we met talking non-stop. 15 hours a day and I swear at night we’d meet up in our dreams and continue talking. That’s all we did. Talk. Nothing more and nothing less, yet it was enough. You’re enough. 

Eventually, I felt this tug inside. A pull of strings reaching out, extending across the world to get to you. My soul. My soul. My soul. Our souls. They were anfractuous. 

No one could unknot us. Linked together in every life we’ve lived before; I know, that in the next, we’ll find each other again. One day. One l i f e.
