hi. I’m usually a lurker and haven’t really used Tumblr, but I feel it doesn’t hurt to post now and then shit from my Instagram. And I recently got into The Island of Doctor Morose sooooooooooo… Here’s some trash I drew lol.

I get that most fans are going to feel sorry for Howard and the things he went through that night on Morose's Island, but everyone seems to forget that Phillip and Angelique also suffered as well. I would argued even MORE than Howard.

Yeah sure, Howard had to face a god and got his leg crushed, but at least he was only on that island for one night.

(Plus, Howard didn't lose his sanity and is fine afterwards. Yes, Howard did receive a lot of information to his at once, so that definitely hurt him. But as I said before, Howard still managed to keep his sanity and is fine afterwards. That AND THE INFORMATION WAS FORGOTTEN ABOUT AFTERWARDS.)

And I think it's safe to say that his leg was healed afterwards too, since the game makes no mention of him having to get it amputated.)

Phillip and Angelique were on that island for ALMOST A YEAR.

Phillip witness horrible things on that island. He saw first hand what the rock's influence did to others and it even affected him. He probably even had to partake in things he didn't even want to do but had no choice.

At least there's a good chance Howard's leg will heal. Can't say the same thing for Angelique's arm. GIRL LOST A WHOLE ASS ARM! Sure she may not had shown being affected by it, but for all we know she may had been putting on a front, trying to not let it get to her because there was no time for it.

I'm not saying that Howard's suffering means nothing and that you shouldn't feel bad for the guy, but I wish more fans would show empathy towards Phillip and Angelique too.

Edit: I think I came off really salty and petty in this post. Sorry about that. I think I was just a little jealous that Howard was getting most of the attention from the fandom and it felt like to me that Phillip and Angelique were cast to the side. I just really want the fans to love these two as much as they love Howard.
