scenario: the two of you were hanging out and you were telling him about this guy you were talking with and that you thought the guy was cute (basically swooning for this guy)
and he makes the face in the picture 😭 because he’s confused on how you could like anyone other than him. and because the guy obviously isn’t as pretty as him 🙄 lol.
he says something along the lines of “huh? who’s this guy? you don’t actually like him do you? 🤨”
you reply with “omg…is ferret boy jealous?”

This was the first weekend you were able to spend together in a while. Hyunjin was constantly busy with dance while you were busy with chemistry and biology. Nothing in your schedules aligned from recitals to exams everything got in the way.
Now as you both sat in your dorm everything was going great. You were listening to music together when Hyunjin turns it down to talk.
"How was that chem exam you had stayed up all night to cram for?" He asks as he warms up some water for his ramen. You sigh "I didn't do as well as I'd hoped, but I did cram so what did I expect? You know?"
You lean back in the chair to look at him upside down. He shook his head "You have got to stop cramming last minute. That's why you're so caffeinated now." He smiles when he sees you looking at him. He pokes your nose before walking away to get some chopsticks from your drawer.
You laugh and blush slightly before sitting up. "So how'd the middle of the year recitals go for your hip-hop class?" You hear him scoff and turn towards you before you actually look back at him.
"As if I could fail a dance course??" He asks you in shock. "You could. I'm pretty sure you don't got it all. You know how to do tap dance?" You both laugh because his facial expression basically said no.
"ANYWAYS.. it went well. I got some improvements to make as all dancers do besides THE Lee Minho obviously."
"Actually, that's just the person I wanted to talk about. I actually think he's very handsome and was wondering if you could introduce us."
'Huh?' He looks at you and turns his head in confusion. He looks completely lost. Where did you meet Minho? He barely knew the guy himself. Only seen him at a party ONCE. He was tearing the dance floor apart with his dance partner Han Jisung.
"He is so dreamy. I heard he has cats in his dorm. He is a very good dancer, and he is like an instructor according to a lot of people. We have Social Movements together. He has such a nice, soft tone when speaking. He never says much because our teacher has us speak English for whatever odd reason.. but when he does I can't help but to stare."
He frowns as he pours the water into his ramen. "I really haven't talked to him at all. I've only heard a lot of rumors about him. You don’t actually like him do you?" His tone was rather serious about this. You watched him squint and roll his eyes earlier. Is it that bad that you like Lee Minho? Are they rivals? but he has never met the guy...
A light bulb flashed above your head. 'Oh!' Your face turned to a look of realization and Hyunjin's one of panic.
"omg…is ferret boy jealous?" You question as you stand up and move closer to him. He pours the water into his ramen almost spilling it. "No!" You chuckle at him almost spilling it before touching his waist.
"No...? That's so disappointing because I actually think you're very handsome and talented." You admit to him before moving away again causing him to grab your wrist.
"Okay.. I admit it. I'm slightly jealous, and I just wanted to do this right. I like you y/n."
"I like you too. Now stop being shy around me. I like you for who you are."
"So were you serious about Minho? Because you seemed very passionate about it." You push him and sigh. Men...
