Knot magic, for getting rid of or channeling your anger. You need: a ribbon, robe, or cord that can be tied (for getting rid of the anger) a candle, preferrably black. This is really easy stuff. You take the cord and think about the cause of your anger, and push all of your anger through your whole body. If you like, visualize a red haze rising up from your skin. Now tie a knot near the top of the cord. Continue tying knots all the way down the cord. With each knot you tie, visualize parts and pieces of that red haze getting trapped in the knot, until all of the red is trapped in the cord. You can also chant “Knot tied, anger bind” with each knot, if it helps you focus. If you lose the strength of your anger before the cord is done, you may stop there; if you are still angry after the cord is done, you may start another one if you like. When your have your knotted cord, there are two main things you can do with it. Banish the anger. Light the black candle, and prepare it as you would a banishing spell, in any way you like. Light the bottom end of the cord on fire, and then let it burn until all of the knots burn out or the whole cord is consumed. You should take the ashes of the cord and bury it underground, far from your house. Keep it for spell energy. Anger is a very useful tool for many spells, depending on the intent. You can keep the cord. I would advise consecrating it for spell use using your preferred method. Keep it in a box, optimally locked and/or lined with white (for purity), and do not keep it in your bedroom or at your altar. The best place to put it is somewhere you don’t go very often at all. Recover it and either burn it or untie the knots to add energy in future spells. A simple spell, but effective, and I like simplicity. :)
