I had an excess of caffeine today (bc I wanted a fancy coffee while I searched for books!) after not having some for a while and I’m not anxious but I am absolutely tearing up the inside of my mouth bc??? Extra energy?? This is a stim I have that I actually hate bc I’ll just chew on the inside of my lips and cheeks and make myself sore and bleed and it’s frustrating, I just wondered if anyone else does this
I don’t really drink coffee because it can make me feel sick. I do however stim like that too when I’m anxious so I know how painful it is. I always get ulcers from biting my gums too hard and I rip the skin off my lip which makes it bleed.
