Sorry if it was already said somewhere, but I wonder how exactly the universe your Oc lives in works? Is it's just mix of different Disney propeties assumed to coexist in the same universe? Is it work similar of how different universes are connected in KH (I know that in theory kh is also canon for your oc)? I'm sorry for asking. I just love how creative and whimsical everything you create looks like. It almost seems like a dream reality to live in <3
My goodness I LOVEEEE this question! Because it means I get to yap lmaooo <3333 (prepare for an Angie ramble to unseen heights)
So basically, my girl Golden Gentlehaven is connected to like a bajillion different Disney stories that all are kinda just merged together, with the caveat that Kingdom Hearts is absolutely canon and is happening concurrently with her story (assumedly lol).
I usually take something I really like and just slap it into her lore somehow- since her 'Main Universe' version hasn't got much 'canon' stuff that I need to adhere to (meaning I can bend the rules and timeline to hell and back), I sorta just think of her like Tintin or Barbie where she can be put in a ton of scenarios and just works lol- essentially when I'm making new stuff for Goldie, it's like playing pretend :3
Calling it a Dream Reality is pretty much what it is, it's a world where anything I like (Disney-wise) exists, this can be characters, stories, worlds... anything and everything :)
Her 'Main Universe' basically has a bit of a loose storyline where it's like:
Small Goldie (around 4 or 5) loses her memories of her Auntie Serafina (The Duchess of Fantasy Springs from Tokyo DisneySEA) and the Kingdom of Gentlehaven as a whole. When she briefly stayed with Serafina over the summers, she would visit many different Disney Worlds through portals summoned by the Magical Springs, meaning she formed connections with Disney characters in her heart, even if none of them really remember, the connection still lasts and makes them feel familiar when they meet again.

She then lives a very normal life in the UK for a while, she visits Disneyland Paris (meeting Jules, my OC) and WDW, and goes to Destiny Islands when she's 11 (Basically meaning it exists somewhere, I'm leaning toward them going through a portal to get there, but it's a place they can access and go between)
Then when she's 18 she visits Disneyland (California) and ends up backstage by accident, meeting Mickey. He hasn't got an assistant and she volunteers, which is how they met. Then, a lot of magical shenanigans start happening, like Golden suddenly having a house that appeared in between It's A Small World and Toontown, so Mickey sends her to Yen Sid to find out what's going on
Golden meets Yen Sid, the broomies, and Scout, and hits it off with Scout super well. She's discovered to have a power that she calls 'remix', which allow her to take stuff she loves and change it to fit her personal preferences (basically fanfic and fanart powers lmao)
She then goes on a bunch more adventures, going to different Disney Parks and meeting loads of people, like SeaWorld characters or really just anyone else you can think of, she basically just meets people and has fun, and makes tons of friends and connections! She travels from place to place in her house, since it can transform into a rocket :)
On one of these adventures, she rescues the Ballerina from Fantasia 2000 (Porsha) from within a book, and they start a romantic relationship <3
She also becomes World Peace Ambassador for the S.E.A
She rediscovers her lost memories of the Kingdom of Gentlehaven and sets out to find it, which leads her to meet princesses and sprites, set her Auntie and Uncle free of being a dragonfly, and bring back all the residents who were lost or transformed by some evil witches (Zara, Tundra and Mizrabel- Zara is from Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey, Mizrabel is from Castle of Illusion, and Tundra is the Ice Queen from Disney Princess: Magical Jewels.)
So all in all, Golden has a ton of roles, and pretty much just has to adapt to every situation she finds herself in!
There's a lot more information on Toyhouse and it's probably way more cohesive than this ramble if you're finding it hard to follow along (even I find it hard to explain because there's such a suspension of disbelief needed XD)

So essentially, the 'Main Universe' very loose rules are:
Most of what happens takes place on Earth within theme parks, merging our modern lives with Disney stories, but each character has their own 'World', where they come and go, like in Kingdom Hearts- so Aurora lives in her Kingdom, but comes through portals to the Disney Parks to greet guests (it's presumed she's the same Aurora in every place, basically, rather than a performer hehe)
Things can kinda show up out of nowhere at Disney, and it's just 'eh it's magic', which causes fun shenanigans
Since Golden has met Disney characters in her past, they feel familiar to her, kinda like how when Mickey is in Wasteland, he feels flickers of familiarity with characters like Clarabelle or Horace :)

The rules are different in Alternate Universes- though Golden is still a representation of me, she sometimes acts very different and adapts to the world around her
Fantasia: Symphony of Sorcerers AU: In this story, Golden is a little girl who winds up in the care of Yen Sid. She's got a different powerset, but since it was my first time writing some of her lore, a lot of characters she meets or events that happen vaguely resemble the Main Universe, but in a different context. This has a fic (ongoing), which explains everything so much better :3

I know the lore (or lack thereof) can be REALLY confusing, but the best way to think about Golden's story is 'Angie is playing dolls self-indulgently and if you think about the logic too much it's insane so just roll with her chaos' lmao XD
