Despite its advantages in sharing news easily, it has also come to the point where people are abusing its power, like how the cases of “chismis” and fake news have been more relevant these days, especially during critical times.
Crowdsourcing, is the act of obtaining a collection of data from various sources. This type of journalism provides an active role for the society to take part in producing news that has different perspectives and ideas.
