So my favorite line in the whole demo is when you have the choice to call Asher spooky and was wondering how’d he react to hearing that?

Oh, he’d primp and preen and be very pleased about it. Asher lives for the aesthetic.

He’d probably go out of his way to actively terrorize an MC he has a soft spot for. Appearing out of nowhere, keeping the house super dark (again, for the aesthetic), things like that. 100% classic poltergeist.

So this happened while playing Hollow Knight. I stumbled across half-infected Myla and already had my dream nail. Of course I dream nailed her and the following lines made me feel with rage.

Beware, rage coming:

HOW DARE SHE INFECT MYLA, COMMAND HER TO KILL ME (HER FRIEND) WHILE MY POOR BABY IS SUFFERING THROUGH HER EXISTENTIAL CRISIS. LIKE, SHE IS IN PAIN HOW DARE YOU BOTHER HER FURTHER. AND HOW DARE YOU WHISPER THEM TO KILL ME, PLOTTING BEHIND MY BACK. 

I JUST WANTED TO FINISH THE DAMN GAME AND KILL HER. 

I did.

I just have the god home ending left. =_= it is hard.
