possible scam warning

something weird is going on with these two different gfms both organized by Mohammed Almeshal
first one, which sent me an ask from @angrydragonwombat claiming to be mohammed almeshal, screenshots of his blog I took below:
and upon searching that name, came the second at @moomensblog claiming to be moomen almeshal with his wife wafaa, screenshots I took of his blog below:
as you can see they’re using a lot of the same images, but presenting them in video format (possibly to avoid reverse searches). they are also both claiming to be the parents of these children.
Also, while I was writing this post, moomensblog posted this video, which contains the identical video from angrydragonwombat’s blog here
at time of posting this neither have been vetted afaik. Also, moomensblog’s current gfm was only started 2 days ago despite the fact that their tumblr posts date back to sept 5, but a second older but still seemingly active gfm (organized by “M Almeshal”) dating back to June 2024 appears to have originally been attached to their posts as seen here. Meanwhile angrydragonwombat’s gfm was started sept 8 with posts dating the same. Honestly I couldn’t tell you if either is trustworthy but notably they are both organized by mohammed almeshal. I would not promote either until further verification is obtained from one or the other.
Update literally two seconds later: before I could even publish this post angrydragonwombat deleted the post with the video I linked, but you can see the screenshots I took above, plus these additional two I took as well:
Update 9/21:
@/cluelessbot sent this post to @/gazavetters to see if they could verify either or both of these campaigns and while I don’t think they’ve been added to the vetted list yet, gazavetters didn’t warn of anything suspicious like machine translated arabic or any obvious issues.
In addition both cluelessbot and myself have received this message from angrydragonwombat
and moomensblog has reached out to me as well, so at very least it seems they’re willing to try to clear their names. I will update this post again with any new information when I get the chance, hopefully this was just a misunderstanding!
UPDATE 10/10:
According to @/gaza-evacuation-funds, @/moomensblog2’s campaign is now vetted
I’ll leave this post up for a little while longer with the update, then I’ll delete it
(I don’t currently see anything about @/angrydragonwombat’s campaign but if they’re working together then they’re both likely legit)
