Linus wasn't entirely sure what had triggered it. One moment, he was watching television with Dom. The next, he was in a daze, memories of demons and angels and his deceased lover flooding in.
He gives a whimper-like noise and jerks at the image of a demon tearing the heart out of his angel. He feels paralyzed. His cloudy eyes flicker around the room as the image fades, landing on Dom.
Dom? Dom. Demon. He was a demon. A demon! What was he thinking? Hanging around a demon?
The wolf's eyes darken and he lets put a low growl, claws growing and teeth sharpening.
"You-" He half-walks, half-crawls to Dom, anger evident on his face.
