Jeg tror jeg har oplevet et angstanfald. Det hele flød pludselig fuldstændig sammen. Mit hjerte bankede og virkeligheden føltes hélt fjern. Det var som om jeg var ved at blive skør. Jeg var meget bange og jeg er nu helt varm, med hovedpine. Nu føler jeg mig helt skrøbelig, og hvis jeg ikke husker at trække vejret dybt er det som hvis angsten tager tilløb til endnu en karrusel tur.
Det var en stærk følelse af ikke at høre til. At jeg ikke rigtig var hér, alt omkring mig var surrealistisk og svært at forholde sig til. Som om alle mine tanker blev alt for meget, som var de alt for tunge for mit sind at bære.
Kender i den følelse hvis man ser på sit eget spejlbillede? Man har øjenkontakt med sig selv i ALT for lang tid og pludselig går det op for én, hvordan man sådan er kastet ind i livet. Den der pludselig følelse af at se det hele i et større perspektiv. Som i en tegnefilm: Der er zoomet ind på mit ansigt, men pludselig zoomer det helt ud. Man ser sig selv stå -> så ser man sig selv stå midt i nogle omgivelser-> så ser man Danmark -> europa -> vores rotterende blå planet - > de omkring liggende endnu støre planeter -> Mælkevejen -> Galaksen -> Flere hundrede øvrige galakser

Der er intet værre end at få et angstanfald under en forelæsning.
Jeg er oversensitiv overfor lyd og det kommer så voldsomt til syne, når angsten kommer op til overfladen. Du sidder i et lokale fyldt med mennesker, som alle sammen asynkront taster løst på deres taster, og hvert et klik går direkte ind i mit net af negativitet og frygt. Mine håndled klør og sitrer og jeg ved, at den hurtigste vej til forløsning er, at skære hul på huden og dermed skabe en ventil for mine følelser, lade luften ud. Tappe al angsten ud af mine årer.
Jeg kan ikke gøre noget. Mit fravær tillader mig ikke at gå. Det eneste jeg kan gøre er at tage en dyb indånding og håbe at mine kvælende tanker ikke får overhånd.
