Revisiting the Lake - Dominique and Jakob
Dominique knew she had a habit of being prompt. And when she said prompt, she meant fifteen minutes early, not that they'd set a time, really. Just a "meet you there" which was starting to freak her out a little bit. She had her books all laid out, and she had a good view of Hubert, in case anyone stopped by, she wouldn't look like she was waiting for someone. Which she was, and she was becoming more and more certain as every minute ticked by that he might not actually be coming at all.
She had found a nice little corner of the library to study in, trying to make the most of the time she had left before lunch. The text wasn't interesting, which usually wasn't a problem, but she was shivering in the cold library and the idea of spending another few hours here was overwhelming. She almost welcomed the distraction when it came. "Oh. Uh. Hey Ro. You here for the potion's essay? Because I actively have all of the books here, so if you need to steal one, go for it."
