STUBBORN , ALWAYS ; you knew it and there was no doubt now that he did as well. anyone who did, knew just that. gaze remains at the book in your lap, tracing lines on paper, dotting eyes and crossing tees. perhaps it was the wrong idea - to let him know where you’d be. to let him know your plans. you couldn’t keep secrets from him, no matter how hard you tried. this boy, standing before you - you trusted him with your life ; your thoughts and dare you even say it - your heart.
