Because I want to break myself I have decided to post Jaes reacting to Leo sacrificing himself
As Casey landed he spoke "Sensei I've landed and I've got eyes on the key" he began running toward the key "tell me when your Scott free so I can pull the plug"
Leo's face filled with regret as the kraang bot crept closer, he realised what he had to do in that moment. if it save his family..he would do it.
Leo spoke "Casey listen to me when I get to the other side you close that door" Casey stopped in his tracks one hand outreached to the key "What? Sensei no!" The human males eyes filled with worry.
A clutter was heard, which was the sound of April's bat hitting the floor. She looked at her watch hoping what she heard was a dream."Casey it's the only way" Leo stated firmly "He's to strong he's not gonna stay on the other side unless I keep him there" At this Splinters face fell. And a clatter if twin swords was heard behind April. Jae.
She rushed to April's side as Casey spoke "There has to be another way!""we tried everything case this the only way" At this Raphael turned to Donatello and Mikey his face filled with worry. At the same time the mauve cladded turtle and the red spoke in unison "Leo please don't do this!"
"Leo please don't do this! Leo!" Raph yelled almost desperate a chuckle came from the communication device "Your one to talk big bro hero moves totally your and Jaes style" at this Raphael and Jaes attention turned to the portal.
The kraang let out a laugh, almost taunting him "Outmatched and alone. Yet you persist! For what?! Honour! Redemption.. sacrifice" Leonardo readied his two swords as the kraang taunted him. "All...meaningless" the kraang finished as Leo twirled his sword "we will see about that" he charged at the kraang managing to dodge him and create a portal throwing one of his swords which the kraang easily dodged before grabbing him, then throwing him to the ground and stomping on him.
Jae was trying to not scream her older brothers name. She wanted to help him, fight with him! Heck she would take his place! She knew that once he was in there he wouldn't get out. Not unless the kraang were brought back aswell. Casey's pleading voice came through the Comms device "Leo please I can't use you again..." Leo looked at the watch sadly "hey...future me would be proud of you" Casey's face filled with a mix of pride sadness and anger.
The kraang growled "Weak Words! Weak actions! I have forever known what you fear to understand " the alien spat "Strength. Always. Prevails!"
As the kraang finished his speech Leo stabbed him "and what you fail to understand is I missed on purpose" just then his sword glowed and the two were teleported into the other dimension.
"enough of your tricks" the kraang spat as he beat leo. Leo looked at the comm device "Casey! Close the portal now!"A surprised exclaim came from the robotic clad alien as he looked behind him. Casey hesitated with tears in his eyes which eventually streamed down his face. He grabbed the key and looked up as Leo kept the kraang in the prison realm. The kraang hit Leo in an attempt to free itself "Casey! Please" Casey began fully crying before grabbing the key and wrenching it off the stand and began running.
The portal closed around the ship before what was left exploded. Just then a high pitch piecing yell was heard all over New York. And the source? Jae Li who was looking up at the sky in disarray
"LEONARDO HAMATO! HOW DARE YOU LEAVE ME!" yes she and Leo had their differences but she knew how much Leo meant to her family and her. He was irresponsible at times but she...she loved him as a brother
.It dawned on all of them what Leo had just done for them all. He had given himself to protect New York and his family. Jae smiled slightly her brother no matter how vane was a hero.
Mikey looked determined and held his hands out. Slowly a portal began to form and his eyes widened. Donnie and Raphael turned their tear stained faces and rushed to help the youngest brother. Together they opened a portal which they were able to bring Leo through "Bout time" Leo muttered. The kraang reached forward to stop Leo before Donnie used his mystic power to push the kraang back. The brothers all hugged and reunited with the others. Jae tackled Leo into a hug sobbing her heart out "YOU BIG BUTTHOLE! I WAS SO S...SCARED WE LOST YOU" The group smiled and all headed to a rooftop to relax (picking pizza up on the way) Jae sighed as she sat by her non identical twin Mikey and smiled "We did it...we saved Nee York and our family"
