If I wrote for a metal magazine I'd publish an article tomorrow about how Thomas Winkler's 10 year old child started a band called "Angus McSix-Seven". That would be just the annoying "pulse of the time" article we need this year.

There's a metal band I've gotten really into that tells stories about a generational feud between an evil immortal wizard and a bloodline of warrior kings, and as I'm diving into lore for this epic battle to find out the best arrangement for a playlist to convince my brother to drive 4 hours to see them in concert with me I find out that the lead singer for the first few albums left and spun off his own legally distinct warrior king to write power metal songs about who afaik is just the guy we follow through a couple albums who somehow escaped his death, traded his battle hammer for a magic(?) sword, and joined a council of basically space gods? (idk I only just found out about this like 20 minutes ago I'm putting this together from one new song that I came across randomly and some googling) which honestly? Hilarious no notes it totally fits with the time travel alternate dimension stuff the og band has going on it's basically just another alternate timeline for free
