Well, she was supposed to have met someone here today, waiting outside the cafe like a lunatic. It had been an hour already past the time they’d agreed to meet, and the blonde had been checking her phone every four seconds to make certain she hadn’t missed a text or call. Anything to say I’m sorry, something came up or I’ll be there soon! No, instead she just waited outside for an hour, watching laughing people come and go...
Well, she decided she wasn’t going to come here for nothing, and instead stepped inside to order some food. Then came the matter of where to sit, and seeing as most every table was full or dirty... Time to socialize.
She’d only chosen the blonde female because she was closest to where the younger stood awkwardly, looking around - and it helped she was one of the very few sitting alone. Knot in her stomach, the girl spoke up. “U-um, excuse me. I’m sorry... Can I sit with you? Would you like some company?” she asked softly, hoping at the very least she could get somewhere to sit... It’d be nice if they could talk, but Jasper wouldn’t hold her breath.
