Hi guys! Our team (4 Animal Aid staff, 2 staff dogs and 2 yet-to-be-confirmed shelter pooches) are making a difference by entering Adventure Dog - A Cross Country Challenge for a cause that’s close to our heart - Animal Aid.

Last year we were “Going Mutts” - this year it’s official…we have GONE MUTTS! But we look forward to getting dirty and dusty with our canine pals to help raise money for Animal Aid.

Animal Aid is a not for profit animal welfare organisation located in Coldstream, Victoria. They are an open door shelter that help animal and people in need. Animal Aid relys on the genorosity of the community to help support their work. Please support our efforts by making a secure online donation and by posting a message of support.

It's that time of year again! My, how time flies!

Follow the yellow brick road to watch ‘The Mutts of Oz’ running Adventure Dog 2022.

Back with a new name to reflect the utter insanity of a 4th time on this course, our Animal Aid staff team will be sure to catch your eye in our costumes – tailored to suit our team name and the absurdity and hilarity the day is sure to bring. Through mud, water and jelly pits, we will endure it all for the animals in need!

Joined by a stand in Toto and a would-be Flying Monkey, we are heading over the rainbow to raise funds for Animal Aid and the plethora of animals that come through their doors. Every year, Animal Aid sees approximately 6,000 animals find their way to their shelter through no fault of their own. Lost, abandoned, injured or surrendered – they are all given the best care Animal Aid can provide.

With that in mind, enjoy watching radiant Rhonda and her heart of gold, savvy Shannon and her astounding courage, jovial Jess and her judicious brain, and boisterous Ben who will be helping get everyone home at the end of the 4km journey in which we will get muddy and soaked for the cause.

With ‘The Mutts of Oz’, it’s not where you go, it’s who you meet on the way!
