i love when people have anime types like. theyre always so specifically broad. mine is blond with sword. do they know how to use that sword? dont have to. are they a real blond? maybe not. my friends is just green. what constitutes as green? what has to be green for it to be green? does it have to be a certain amount? who knows. we dont.

usually in anime, there are four types. you have:

the favorite

usually this is the one that you love with all your heart, even if they are the bad guy. you like them because the way they act, talk, power/enhancement(if they have one) and is just all in all, the favorite. which can be more than one character

then you have the simp

not a character who simps over someone but a character that people simp for. is there a name for that kind if person? simp victim? simpie? you get my point. you will do literally anything for this person.

"i hate you"

pretty straightfoward. you hate them because they either did something you didnt like or you just randomly hate them.

baby

can be 2 years old to fucking 1000 years old, doesnt matter. you will do anything for this character and if they get hurt you will go mad. how could anyone do that to your baby?? your baby gets whatever they want and you will give it to them

It took me forever to get around to it, but I finally started watching deathnote. I'm nearly finished it, but this show has made me realize two things:

1. I tend to take on the persona of my favorite anime characters, or just favorite characters in general. This includes, but not limited to L from Deathnote, Shikamaru from Naruto, and Levi from SNK/AoT, etc.

2. I also have a type.
