Karin understands Sasuke the most compared to any other character!

Find me one manga page where Sakura actually mentions why she likes Sasuke. It’s straight mental illness she still married the guy who degraded her and tried to murder her. Karin has quite literally on multiple occasions mentioned the way Sasuke functions and she knows how he is like. Furthermore, Karin has the absolutely amazing ability to sense people’s emotions through chakra, hence, after staying with him through team taka, she probably understood him and how he felt more than anybody did his entire life.

Karin also has the ability of cognitive empathy.

What is cognitive empathy?

This refers to how well an individual can perceive and understand the emotions of another. Cognitive empathy, also known as empathic accuracy, involves “having more complete and accurate knowledge about the contents of another person's mind, including how the person feels,” Hodges and Myers say.

Sakura? Trash! Naruto? Trash! Both are selfish and want Sasuke for their own gain and to feel validated while Karin is the embodiment of a character who wants nothing more than to see that broken boy smile oonce again and to see him happy while her past is no less than his.
