"Well to me you're still a man, more mature than me most of the time, and pssh, you're not too young to drive, I've been driving my bikes since I was about 10."

"Am I the only one who doesn't have a problem with your age? Then again I guess you're only like 4 years younger than me, and you told me a while ago. But still, they're making such a big deal out of it."

 "I knoooooow! They’re bein’ mean to me!!!"

"I know... but it's something that I forget to do quite a lot... " She rubbed the back of her neck before muttering quietly, "And if I'm too skinny then he won't want to touch me."

"Well...trust me,princess, I've heard that before...but like I said it's one the basic functions that keeps us alive, so you have to make an effort to remember,sweetheart!." He raised an eyebrow,"He?,your father?."

"I've just not felt the need to eat... that's all." She was looking away from Lorne as she spoke.

"Don't feel the need to eat?, I'm pretty sure I've mention that being one important key to stay alive, sweetheart!, everyone needs to eat, honey, I'm pretty sure I don't need to tell you what happens when you don't."

"A meal?" Rose didn't look too keen on it. "Well I guess my doctor said I need to start eating again so... sure why not." Rose was underweight and recently had slipped just under 100lbs, she was only 5 foot 6 but she was still just over 20lbs underweight.

"Yeah...that seems to be what keeps us strong and healthy..." he said raising an eyebrow, "You can't be without eating, Rosie, honey!, I don't think I need to tell the bad things that come from it,do I, sweetheart?.You wanna tell me why you've escaping that important part of the day, princess?."

Placing a hand on his chest, Suzaku dipped himself forward in a polite bow. As he rose, his arm moved to the side, gesturing to the palace behind him before letting it fall neatly to his side.

"Welcome to the palace of the royal Britannian family," he inclined his head, offering a nod of greeting as, on reflex, he took a step in front of the doors. Visitors weren't exactly unheard of, but it never hurt to be extra cautious. "Do you have business here?"

"A hug from my big brother would be enough of a present~" She said with a small laugh, hinting that she wanted a hug. "I've got no plans, I spent most of the day in a pool that a greyface gave me for my birthday." She looked down at her new robotic leg, "My new leg is waterproof so I can wear it in a pool."

Lorne nodded and chuckled, moving closer to Rose, he pulled her into a hug,"And you're right, princess, a hug from the ones we care about can certainly be the best and most priceless gifts of the all," he said and smiled at her as he pulled way. " Well as much as that sounds like a lovely thing to do? , how about I take you out to dinner, cupcake? , we can celebrate the birthday and the marriage with a nice meal and of course cake" he chuckled. "Well it sure is looking good, sweetheart!" he said looking at the robotic leg, "And how are you handling it by the way, honey?."

"He's a lieutenant and he's in charge of protecting the town from hollows, which are bad souls that kill people." She said rubbing the back of her neck. "Yeah I'm 19 today." She said with a smile.

"Huh...well that seems like an important/noble job alright, sweetie!. I'm sure he'll be back to you as soon as he can." He smiled," Well then happy birthday, pumpkin!. You should have told me, sugar, I didn't even got you anything.But how about I keep you some company then, darling?. If you don't have plans already , of course, sugar."
