Warm dry udon salad. And it's as I had anticipated. Yummy! A marriage of roasted yellow and red onions, garlic, taukwa (firm bean curd}, rockets, udon & some drizzle of EVOO; They just clicked when tossed together. The bitterness of the arugula was actually subdued by the caramelized onions and fruitiness of EVOO. 'Twas and enjoyable meal.
