Dear gods, I love Charis... she and her daughter Irene are my favorites of the serpiente. I just love how supportive and kind she is towards Danica - I almost think she was like a second mother figure to her - or at the very least she could have been. :( Also it’s easy to see where Irene and even Zane to a point got their optimistic hopeful worldview. 

And, yes, we don’t get to even see Donovan or even really talk about him, but I like to think Charis proposed to him (top right). Also Charis kisses Zane in front of his friends which is sooooo embarrassing!

I haven’t drawn the cobra kids in their snake forms. It’s always irked me how the children of a python and a cobra are all little cobras, so I tried to give them traits of both python and cobra - especially Sisal. I think Sisal dwarfed her big bro Anjay and even her Dad eventually. Anjay takes after Dad. Zane and Irene have similar markings sorta. And Gregory ... maybe takes after a grandparent or a distant aunt? I didn’t draw Carson because I was tired - let’s just say he wasn’t born yet, m’kay?

- His favorite food is Ayam Tumis Kecap (Stir-Fried Chicken With Sweet Soybean Sauce), less rice intake daily due to reducing carbohydrate because of his fitness diet. But he doesn’t mind eating Bakmi (Chinese-Indonesian noodles) with his friends and snacking Sweet Martabak from street food stalls once a while. 

-He used to like eating snacks like Cheetos and Doritos when he was teenager and during college years. In the end of college years afterwards until nowadays, he preferred to eat granola bars and fruits.... less snacking.

- Languages: Indonesian and English, basic Mandarin Chinese he learned at school, some Hokkien Chinese phrases from his friends and able to read hiragana and katakana Japanese letters.  

- He likes the smell of empty paperboard packaging box and new car. 

- He cannot stand spicy food. He is able to eat mild spicy but not too spicy. 

- He used to be injured badly because of accident at motorcycling on mountain.

- He watches F1 (Formula One Racing) on streaming website religiously. 

- He can really sing well, not just wasting time on karaoke-ing. He used to be vocalist in band when in college.  

- Addicted to drinking milkshake whey for fitness.

- He has trauma with keripik singkong (cassava chips)... which used to make his tooth cracked. 

- His favorite travel place is Bali, province of Indonesia. Sitting nearby beach and taking photos of traditional cultures of Balinese make inner peace within him. 

- He’s been in serious relationship one time with a girl he met when they were in college, sadly the girl must returned to her hometown far away from him, and they had to break up as friends.  

- Virgin ( at this 30 years old). He believes sex after marriage faithfully, reserves for his future wife. He used to reject “friends with benefit” offering from businesswoman he met in Bali.

Looks like he transformed to different person. Different eyebrows, eye shape, lip shape... His stubble is apparently also almost gone.
