Just trying on my new ankle braces, I had one to try but I find only walking in one really strange but wow I think I’m in love! They are made by @pushbraces and they are so much lighter, thinner and less bulky than my old ones the straps make them almost like a custom AFO. They are the 5th ankle brace I have tried and so far the best and they solve a major problem they will actually fit in my orthopaedic boots. They are such a huge improvement on what I had before and MUCH more comfortable. I feel like I have a more natural gait with them on. I’m currently working on strengthening my feet and ankles in Physio but it’s good to know when I injure my ankle next I will be able to brace them for recovery.
