Thank you #NHS got a new pair of wrist braces so that I have one pair for the gym and one pair for daily use and I can actually wash them because I have a pair to wear wile the other pair dries. These are the best model of wrist braces and most comfortable I’ve ever found for me made by @pushbraces critically no Velcro’s touching my sensitive EDS skin! Oh and they are not beige of course I wish they were available in pink but light blue and grey is nicer than beige! Part of my #Physiotherapy ‘homework’ is to wear and use my wrist braces a little more often... it’s to hold my wrists in a more natural position when I’m doing stuff because they are so floppy. In fairness I try and avoid splinting because of deconditioning so I haven’t worn my custom ones in ages so I now have a lovely bruise where they need adjusting.... I can’t tolerate wearing them at all. So I’ve gone for the next best thing honestly if you have to wear wrist braces often I would suggest these ones by Push braces are my favourite and much more comfortable to wear than any others I’ve tried. They are also not beige! Super adjustable and I find they are kind to my skin because no Velcro touches the skin which was a big problem with my other braces. The model I’m wearing in the photo is the Push Med brace which has quite firm support. This isn’t a sponsored post I received my braces on the NHS. I’ll be honest I kinda hate wearing them because I’m so used to doing things with my floppy wrists everything feels a bit harder... but that’s kind of the point!
