SUMMARY
once the credentials are finalized and in order , dr . juliet sheridan became officer anna walker , given over to the hawkins police department as seemingly nothing but a new recruit . what they don't know is that anna works for dr . brennar , inside of hawkins national laboratory , placed there to gather information that perhaps their phonetaps could not . she remains at the lab for her son , nathaniel , only . he is one of brenner's experiments , and she was told that she would be allowed to keep seeing him , as long as anna worked for him , and id as she was told . ultimately , anna turns on brenner when she discovers that her son , nathan , has escaped into the upside down . she finds him dead inside . after this , she was more than willing to fight along side the others , in both destroying the interdimensional beings that the upside down has brought to hawkins , and dr . brennar , himself .
SEASON ONE
anna infiltrates the hawkins police department to gather information , and keep tabs on hopper as well as their other suspicious figures . towards the end , anna finds out that her son tried to escape into the upside down . she travels into the upside down with hopper and joyce , looking for will and nathan , but they only find one . she's hellbent on killing brenner for letting her son die , and helps the others destroy both the demogorgan , and stop the doctors at the lab .
SEASON TWO
anna has been searching for the lost experiments , who have all seemed to escaped the lab . she traces kali , and finds that jane has teamed up with her small group of deliquents , and helps bring her back to hawkins and hopper , only to find out that shit just got real intense once again in that small town .
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
her son is an experiment , and she only gets to see him in exchange for working for brenner .
she will do absolute anything for nathan . he’s her only family . she would kill for him .
she’s logical and cold , with a very thin moral line . she’s a true neutral , meaning she will do what she feels is right in the moment , and is uncaring of how it would affect and individual vs . the great good / the majority .
she has her phd in child psychiatry , and helped determine the mental state of brenner’s child experiments , as well as helped to measure their abilities .
she isn’t even a bit friendly until the start of season 2 , and even then , she’s still struggling with the loss of her child , and she’s still very stiff and rational .
