Effortlessly gorgeous Jazz with mesmerising vocals and elegant saxophone by Anna Varga. Take a listen to tracks like “These Days” and you can hear the influence of classic soul infused albums such as David Bowie’s ‘Young Americans’.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Anna Varga
What 3 words would you use to describe your sound?
Live. Jazz. Blues.
Where are you currently based out of?
New York City, NY / New Orleans, LA
What is the craziest thing you've ever experienced playing a live show?
Recently, I've been performing with guitarists instead of pianists because a lot of venues have been sadly getting rid of their pianos to make more space for tables. As an unintended consequence, we now have groupies. One girl got emotional and rushed the stage. As a jazz artist, I didn't expect that. I felt like a rock star, haha, for about a minute.
If you could go on a dream world tour with any 3 living artists, who would you take with you?
I'm very fortunate to live in New York and New Orleans where most artists congregate. My dreams are coming true, as I've been lucky to work with whomever I choose. I scouted at Small's Jazz Club and on Frenchmen Street for the best talent. My backing band is top notch, and all the players have done major tours. I'm feeling very blessed.
Any big projects in the works this year?
We are currently working on our third studio album and re-releasing the first two on limited edition vinyl.
