HALLOWEEN CELEBRATION DAY 14: 'Annabel Lee' by Edgar Allan Poe

Dean had always been an up front kind of guy. Not mysterious, not hiding things - just a regular man. Ok, sure he could play it "mysterious" when he wanted to, but he wasn't "spiritual", I guess. He wasn't one of those people who when you looked into his eyes, you felt like you could see into the depths of the collective human soul. Not to say that he wasn't deep, but that kind of thing ... that was for gypsies and psychics. Nah, he didn't go for any stuff like that.
Sam, on the other hand, well- actually, he wasn't much like that either. Sure, he could be mysterious when he wanted to be and sure, the spiritual stuff was more of his thing, but still. He was relatively normal as well (as normal as you can be, anyway, when you've had Lucifer literally ride inside your head).
This chick, on the other hand ... yeah, she was definitely one of those hokie hidden depths types. Yep.

The Countess turned about upon her heel, her form aware there was another form following her heel steps this evening in London. Was she human? Creature? Ally? Enemy? All would be revealed as she let her eyes linger over her features. “I am The Countess, and your name?,” she questioned, before her eyes tracked where the vein in her neck would be.
