The exercise from the other day was pushed a little further!
I’m attending a class this semester that’s giving me the chance to draw a lot and, after the initial scare the teacher gave me, I’m actually having a lot of fun. I have to work quickly and I have no time to spend on fully painted illustrations, but I’m making a lot of other things.
I felt like sharing this week’s best part of my studies!
Aaand a little further even! This one took quite the effort.
The Crowstorm
If Riot doesn’t come up with more than those teasers (or, you know, the whole rework! q-q) here, let me feed my own hype by myself!! And by making my super partner in crimes draw more Fiddlesticks with me!! ( @decys is about to publish her thing too, check her blog out!)
And wohoh, it really did, this is my second attempt at painting starting from greyscale. The more I practice, the better it gets. I’m happy! I’ve still got a long way to go, but I’m happy with this!
Another thing I shall do in the future is testing more textures and brushes. I’m having too much fun with these things now that the whole country is stuck at home. I’ll probably work a lot on university stuff that will be published all together later, but there will be more! MORE!
Aaaah, I can’t wait for him to be released too though. It’ll be the second reworked champion that brings me to find out how the jungle works again! Let the crows free!
Timelapse:
Super quick colored sketch!
I had this subtle but persistent need to make a cosmic version of my witch. I’ll certainly keep developing the details and everything in the future, but in the meantime, here’s the first rough result.
Random light and color study! There’s always room for improvement, that’s for sure, but I had fun c:
Corruption
My latest painting, finished a few days ago, starting from black and white to color for the first time. So proud of it, but I still have a long way to go. I’ll especially learn how to render metal more effectively one day! In the meantime, I’ll just share the love I have for Jhin and for this skin.
Fun fact: I had a sketch for this since July 2019 and I had thrown it away, but I just recently decided to recover it from a screen I sent to my lovely best friend (say hi to @decys) and here we go. Never throw anything away. Lesson learnt!
No timelapse this time, but hey, we still have cookies! And process gifs.
Meet Ethril, the ranger lady that will accompany me through my first D&D campaign!
Any excuse is good to bring myself to draw more, hah, I really really need to.
