Reading Perspectives

I recently had a conversation with an aro/ace friend who said they had a hard time reading 1st perspective for writing.

It's not the first time seeing a dislike for 1st perspective, as it was one of the first comments I recieved on my A03.

So I am curious.

What perspective do you enjoy reading stories in?

1st perspective: I, me, my (developed character)

2nd perspective: you, yours (reader insert)

3rd perspective: she/her/they, his/hers/theirs (omniscient author)

It depends on the type of story (please explain in the comments)
