What's next? My goal at the moment is the abs, and until I get to the abs, I will focus on drying, as soon as the abs are enough to loom, I think in a couple of dryings I will achieve this, I will move on to emphasizing a careful set of muscle mass, as dry as possible...
The goal for this mass collection, it will be very short - not to go beyond 69 kilograms and to nourish the muscles before the next drying, which will begin at the end of May.
Since January I have been drying, and now, in mid-April, I switched to mass. As I wanted, I was able to hold on to 70 kg before this drying and from this figure I was able to dry up to 62 kg. Slowly I'm getting closer to the press. The form is not even good, but this is for now.
I noted for myself the thought that it is not the mood, feelings, desires in the moment that is important: one may think about the wrong diet, there may be a desire to do nonsense and it is important to continue doing what you consider necessary, to put work on oneself above momentary feelings. Feelings, hunger come and go and your victories begin to work for you.

The taste of junk food haunted me for a very long time. I have never snapped with #propernutrition and therefore I didn't know for a long time that my taste buds had already changed.
The first bell was when I went to kfc after graduating from the institute. The unbreading chicken was on the verge of #proper_nutrition and I decided to eat some. And how I was surprised when I realized that the taste is disgusting! Too much oil. But I kept dreaming about chips and cakes.
At one point, I decided for the last time in my life to return to them and taste them to understand if I could return to junk food.
It turned out - no. I lost that taste forever, having tried the chips and cake, I realized that I didn't like them anymore.
So if half a year has passed, a year you are at the proper nutrition and you cannot forget this taste, you should know - most likely it has already changed.
