Putting this out here now, it's going to be Santos who ends up having an AI related fuck up. Dr. Al seemed like the obvious answer the first couple episodes, with her being pro-ai for charting and talking about how she's never been sued, but I think it's a red herring for it to actually be Santos. She's not concerned about Mel getting sued (it happens to everyone!), she's convinced she can handle doubling up on EM and surgical but just talked to Mel about how she's so overwhelmed with all the new responsibilities of being an RS2 that she can barely do her own charting (and Dr. Al is on her ass about charting) and Mel suggests dictating. Santos is going to use ai for charting, and we saw the ai mess up Dr. Al's charting earlier, the same is going to happen to Santos but she's going to be too busy to catch it
