The short answer is yes, the Omnitrix has a time limit because of safeguards. If you transform to something with the intention of turning back you better be damn sure that there are safeguards.

As for the specific time limit that's how long before the host's DNA starts to incur irreparable changes. The transformation of the Omnitrix is not a complete one. The human DNA or whomever is the host is injected with the DNA of their choice along with a proprietary cocktail of mutating chemicals. They become a hybrid of the original species and the new one. The variation is extremely small but it does exist. The longer this goes on and the more often it happens, the more the original DNA carries the markers for the mutated ones. It in a way becomes malleable.

The safeguards are there to limit how fast this happens. But the Omnitrix was never meant for single long-term use.

If Albedo stop using anger as a fuel and start to adapting to earth what do you think his role would became??

I mean we already know he holds far more advanced knowledge than humans. If his intelligence clearly surpasses individual scientists, its hard to deny that he'd be ahead of most, if not all, existing scientific institutions on Earth. And not just in one area. What do you think about his benefits to larger systems? Education, healthcare, research structures, technological development. He comes from a planet like Galvan Prime, where order and scientific logic are professionally embedded into society itself.

I have a fanfic in the works that is gonna touch on this...

I believe that Albedo feels his emotions very deeply. And I imagine with time and care he will come to understand and even like Earth.

As a Galvan, Albedo would most likely not be able to do much in terms of advancement of the species without the Galvans or Plumbers claiming he was exceeding the planet's tech level. But as human or in the form of one he could meddle all he wanted and argue he was fulfilling a niche as a naturalized human.

Thus catapulting the human race into the galactic stage sooner than other species would have intended.

And mostly just for spite and the curiosity to see what humans would do.

I see a future Albedo or the Bedo 10K as a Plumber educator and scientist. He would find the daily challenges entertaining and he would also enjoy harassing Ben.

@omniadventerous and I have made a few jokes about Albedo pretending to be Ben to do the Plumber safety videos.

Such as 'Safe interspecies procreation and you', ' Vac suit safety checks' or 'Intergalactic cuisine and species toxicity warnings. '

Once he calms down there's no limit to what he could achieve.

As for your question; I am constantly underestimated, by the Galvan Council, The Plumbers and the first thinker. Especially now that I am trapped in the form of a child. It has become a ruse now, many don't realize my true intelligence or sapience. It serves me well this common assumption.

I hardly make mistakes anymore, but they are frustrating when they do happen. I despise the pity or shame that follows. There is your answer.

A strange question just popped into my head. What are your thoughts on having children?

I know it's different for you compared to where you come from. Here, you belong to a family line so a child means continuation of your existence in a way. I'm not sure I'm explaining it right. Where you're from, reproduction is more biological so it doesn't really carry the same meaning of legacy. But here, it does. So… have you ever thought it?

On Galvan reproduction is undertaken to continue the species. Everyone has their own knowledge and abilities to pass on to the younger generations. If you do not feel the desire or compulsion to physically add to the continuation of the species you may teach nurture or protect the next generation.

However those who are deemed criminals or aberrations are not allowed to genetically donate to the breeding cycle.

Even if I were able to return to my true form, the council would most likely deem me a rogue element and bar me from attaining breeding status. Were I to be officially labeled as a detriment to the species I would have been sterilized.

I have at one time thought of continuing my contributions and my sire's contributions to the species, but found my talents more suited to teaching.

No no it's totally fine I loved them more than I have ever loved anyone in my entire life, for a very long time and that just made me remember how much fun I had.

The anniversary of their death is coming up in a couple of months and I was wondering why I was still chugging along. It's because they did their best to make people happy and I'm going to be damned if I'm going to waste all their effort.

I am pretty open to all ships.

I'm usually GGG when it comes to Ben 10 ships. If you can convince me the pairing has a chance then I'm all for it.

I'm a sucker for Benrook and Gwevin. But I also want Albedo to have a chance to be loved you know?

I want to like Kai & Ben but Omniverse fumbled them so bad.

I do love the Myaxx/Tetrax/Gluto poly whatever too.

And there was a crack ship of Max and Vilgax that I got to do in an old rp.

I forgot RookAlbedo. I've only seen it once or twice as antagonistic but I feel like it has a chance for comedy gold and some really sweet moments
