I hate customers sometimes. Like good lord. :T So at my company we do price matching only as long as it's shipped and sold by the company that produces the product. Someone was trying to price match to a site where it's being shipped by a 3rd party and kept trying to badger me to give it to them for that price. And when I kept saying I couldn't, because typically when you purchase an item from the company it'll be factory sealed and brand new since that's what we have at my store, they kept getting more and more upset. It's like brev, I'm sorry. Did you want this brand new item that just came out for literally $50 off the current price because Al's Superstore is selling it? WHOSE TO SAY AL DIDNT FUCK WITH THE ITEM? LIKE IDK WHO AL IS, I KNOW THE ACTUAL COMPANY IS RELIABLE CAUSE THEY MADE THAT ITEM. ITS NOT MY FAULT I CANT PRICE MATCH THAT PRICE. ALSO, rude as fuck. Like excuse me while I try to bend over backwards for an item I literally cannot even buy myself. I just SELL the items, I make _0_ commission on ALL of what I sell. Don't be a jerk to me when I'm just trying my fucking best to help you, like damn. Tl;Dr:;;Be nice to sells people, even if they may be a pain sometimes. They're just trying to do their job. If we cannot do something for you sale wise it's probably because we're instructed we're not allowed to because company policy. Try to be nice too when we actually find it cheaper for you than when you thought, those are the real MVPs. Seriously.
