leaving in about 90m and i thought id be more nervous now but tbh i am still fine lol... i am feeling quite contemplative and thoughtful - not in a sad or negative way - just sort of thinking about the strangeness/horror of the past 6m and how now even if all that happens is a nice week w/ a hot european man that's ... a big improvement actually lol. imagining telling myself 6 weeks ago that im meeting anon man at the airport, thriving, living the good life, doing scary shit but managing. i think she would have been surprised tbf lol. will be ok whatever happens w/ anon man, i feel v comfortable in ability to deal w/ shit atm

had a really lovely weekend seeing friends :) tired now, going to dig more holes tmr

feel rly lucky to have these friends at this point in my life bc there was a good few years in the mid-late 20s era where i didnt really have any friends except for ana and ben. like it's v hard when you move away from home, dont have kids, and work alone from home. so uh thank god we are not there anymore lol bc everyone being so nice to me has been so fucking healing during these last few months and i dont take it for granted AT ALL

of course the nice thing about this thing with anon man is that even if it all goes horribly wrong nothing is ever going to be as bad as that night in Berlin and the months following 👍🏻
