Are you...plotting on me....
oh! I know the girl your talking about with the ian bag. she kinda cool i guess, little weird, but harmless enough i suppose. shes a HUGE ian fan. (she posts him every day and for a while had a bunch of stuff involving him) she seems nice enough. she wears that bag everywhere. i think ppl are recognizing her more because she carries a large bag with ian face on it more than anything; its not that she is actually memorable, its just the bag. its not like its a fandom bag, its literally six fotos of ian bohens face. so course its going to stick out...
I'm not entirely sure how to respond to this because it comes across as a bit backhanded.
You say she's cool, nice, and harmless... but then immediately follow it up by calling her weird.
As for the bag, sure, it's eye-catching. Six photos of the same actor's face is going to get people's attention. That's kind of the point. 😄
But I don't think it's fair to say people only remember the bag and not the person carrying it. If you've followed her posts from conventions, few of the Teen Wolf cast seem to remember her, not just the accessory. The bag may start the conversation, but personality is usually what people remember afterward.
At the end of the day, she's having fun, hurting absolutely no one, and seems to bring a lot of positive energy into the fandom. That's not a bad legacy to have.

hi! i've been confused about this, but how does anon posting work?
Hey there!
Thanks for reaching out :) we know it can be a little confusing when it's something you've never come across before.
What does anonymous posting actually mean?
It means that once your work posts on ao3 it will show up like this:
Your username won't be attached to your work and your subscribers won't get an email saying you've posted. This will remain that way until reveals.
So, how does it work?
Before or on the posting deadline (october 19th), all creators will post their works on ao3, adding it to the ao3 collection (if you signed up as a creator you'll get an email with detailed instructions on how to do this).
Adding it to the collection is the most important step because the collection is set up in a way that means all works added to it are hidden (it means they won't appear publicly under any tags) and anonymous (won't appear under your name/on your ao3 profile). Once the posting period starts, we will start releasing a few works every day according to an internal posting schedule (in an attempt to give our readers a variety of daily themes, pairings and ratings). We will promote every work on the fest's accounts and run a ton of fun engagement games to get everyone excited about the fics and the art!
Once every work has been posted, we will do reveals, in which we get rid of the anon setting from the collection. Then, your name will finally appear under the fic, the fic will appear on your profile and subscribers will get an email saying you posted :) It will work exactly like when you post a fic normally, just on a slight delay.
Anon posting means that all our creators get the same opportunity to get their work seen and loved on, and it's a great opportunity for everyone to test how well they know their favourite fic writer/fanartist ;)
If you have any more questions about how posting works please do get in touch, but instructions will be emailed to every participant and at the end of the day, it does not add a lot of work on the participant side of things: all you have to do is make sure you add the work to the T&N collection when you post!
