Usually yeah! Sometimes if the ask is relevant to a wider conversation/educational (like literary analysis explanations for example) I’ll answer publicly since, in my experience, if one person had the courage to ask, then chances are they’re not the only one wondering. That said, if you want to send an ask to be answered privately, just lmk in the ask itself and I won’t publish it. I also should have my messenger open but idk how that shit works I just know I got infected with it like a virus because tungle.hell likes to roll out updates in weird ways

Hi! I noticed you play a lot of Stardew Valley and I really consider buying it but I am afraid I won't like it; can you maybe give some reasons why you like it? Thanks in advance!

o u o Hiya! I’m probably not the best to ask ‘cause I’m really bad at this kinda thing, but yeah, I’ve almost 300 hours so... i’ve played a bit. It’s easily in my top fave games of all time. And since the 1.4 update announcement, i have been CONSTANTLY thinking about it. :V

It’s just very relaxing. If you’re having a bad day, life being stressful or dealing with anxiety, it’s just very nice to open up and get lost for a couple hours.

I love the characters. Some of the cutscenes are very relatable and I’ve definitely shed many tears through out playing it.

It’s also very easy to mod, which is now the only way I can play it. There are sooooo many amazing mods that add a ton of quality of life features, mods that add or fix some of the core game mechanics, or change the textures, and much more.

If you’ve played Minecraft or Animal Crossing, its kind like them. Just in it’s own very special way. And if you enjoyed them, then I’d say you’d really like Stardew. :D If you still iffy about it though, you could wait for a Steam sale and then pick it up. There’s always a sale it seems.
