idk how anyone can look at shit of adam raping tadashi and then look at fluff and not feel disgusted its the same rapist. rape and abuse is serious and the show doesn't handle it like it deserves. woobifying an abuser is bad and utsumi does that. you can't prove he's not because you call that content valid, so therefore you are agreeing he's a rapist and he would do that. so you don't get why ppl react badly to the ending where the abuser isn't punished? where he gets to keep abusing?

by the way the argument that tadashi likes it is proof the abuse romanticizing in the show worked on you. adam thanked his aunts and stays there and doesn't call it abuse. it's the same. adam's abuse in the show is a plot device because the writer is horny for the thought of him abusing people.

Oh my god just because something isnt said to be evil 2000 times doesnt mean the work it supporting it. There is such a thing as nuance and subtext.

Every time something is bad or someone is malicious, the music and lighting go sinister. The scene where his aunts are abusing him and the first part of the second beef with Reki, for example. This is to show us that what is happening is not right, despite what others might say. It also happens to an extent in earlier episodes when Adam calls Tadashi his dog, showing that something isnt right with their interactions.

However, in the last episode, the music and colors are bright, Adam says Tadashi will be his dog for the rest of their lives, Tadashi is smiling and blushing. This implies that before, Adam was angry or even malicious, but things have changed and he's not trying to hurt Tadashi, and Tadashi is perfectly fine with it.

I perfectly understand not being comfortable with tadaai or Adam, but for gods sake stop assuming everyone has the same interpretations.

That was literally that Reflection fic that you reblogged. Do I actually read and understand fics more than Adam fans. The soulmate fic was the "You're terrible" fic where Adam brags about being so rich he could buy his way out of murder. That's the "fluff" for this ship.

maybe people would hate adam fans less if they didn't shit on the other ships as being boring for having loving content and if tadaai shippers didn't shit on mb as if their tag isn't full of content of adam raping tadashi, verbally abusing tadashi OR tadahis just "cleaning up after adam" or looking like he can't stand to be with him like some beleaguered housewife. as if they have even one fic that sells anyone that they actually love each other.

not all tadaai shippers dislike mb, i personally find them funny. and also, there are plenty of adam haters who dislike mb and renga, and there are adam lovers like me who love those ships. but it doesnt matter, personal preference in ships is no reason to hate people that strongly jesus christ.

uh there are MANY fics of them being very in love, one of my favourites is one where they're living together in a country house and it's just extremely sweet. but even if it didnt exist, people have personal preferences in fanfic, its not worth sending d and r threats you obtuse fucks.

ok i can agree with some of that but it depends on what the bad thing is, if its sexual assault or serial abuse or rape, then no. and you used the word "evil" which is way more loaded and serious. there are people who can get better but the word "evil" doesn't fit that. there's a difference between having "ugly" symptoms and being evil and abusive and that line is important. which is why you saying its an interpretation isn't good enough. if a character isnt abusive the writing shouldnt make it

ainosuke ISNT abusive. thats a very popular interpretation that i do not subscribe to. his symptoms are very ugly which may make it seem like hes toxic if you dont understand him, but we're given a perspective that allows us to understand him!

before you go off about people with bpd being stigmatized and its all my fault for headcanoning a character people think of as evil as having the disorder, do you have bpd? or pre-bpd? are you an activist for people with bpd who listens to us? if not then step the fuck down this isnt about you at ALL.
