"You could try, but i dont think you've got the balls," Adam laughs, obviously amused by Sam's threats.

(Sam snarls at him, grabbing the front of his shirt and pulling him in close, baring his fangs.)

Don't talk about shit you have no clue about.

– Sam

"Touchy touchy," Adam says, flashing his fangs in a grin, "too bad the smell of mutt doesnt leave even when you abandon them,"

(Sam scowls, looking away from Adam with a dismissive eye roll.)

It hasn't been long enough since I last saw you.

– Sam

Awe as stone hearted as ever. Guess that's why your mutt left you, hm or was it the other way around?" Adam questioned, playing dumb with Sam just to push his buttons.

(Sam very obviously and deliberately moves chairs so he’s sitting further away from Adam, tapping his foot impatiently while glaring at him.)

Adam sees this as a way to get some entertainment and stands, moving to take the seat next to Sam.

"Fancy seeing you here, cowboy,"

A few hours later, a meeting is being held by Damien, where he’s invited a few people to the castle to discuss something. The few people there are all vampires, with Sam eyeing Adam suspiciously as they wait for the king to arrive.

Adam looks bored, very obviously dissatisfied with being here.

(He pulls back fully now, shoulders slumping, but he gives a little nod.)

Be safe. You never know what’s out there.

They offer him an apologetic smile, though it doesn't seem quite genuine. "Im a big kid," They say with a chuckle. "I dont need a guard dog."

They slip their shoes and jacket on, "dont wait up for me~" they call, slipping out of the door before he can smother them with his worrying again, even if they were the only one who thought he was smothering.

(He deflates slightly, but shakes his head, sitting on the bed.)

Do you want me to come? I mean, are they okay?

- Asher

Lust laughs, "they're fine, just being a bitch," They say, pulling their shirt over their head. "Besides, I dont know if they want to see you,"

Lust says, almost like it's a conspiracy, it likely isn't true, but they just dont want Asher to follow after them.
