Omg my boss was just walking behind me and she said "you're looking skinny mini girl" and because im working on my casual response I said "thank you, (boss)" and then she said "the only problem is you're giving it all to me" and we both laughed. She looks good, especially for her age, she takes wonderful care of herself and has for many years. It's been nice getting positive feedback from fresh eyes that aren't mine... people who look good... who aren't forced to say it. They dont gain anything from it, it's just fact so they comment and th at makes my head a tiny sliver quieter and my chest a tiny bit louder and I'll fuxkin take it

You know how I feel today? Tired, exhausted, defeated. The weather is getting nicer, but that’s not how I feel. I feel fat and still have so much weight to lose... Since yesterday, I made a new plan to fight hard, to get my old, more beautiful body back. Last year, I managed to lose 12 kg from April to December. But for the last 4 months, I let myself go completely, causing me to gain 7 kg. Advice is always welcome.

I work with this girl and a couple days ago she said to me "(my name), tell me to put this box of fries in the trash and oink at me" i was like omg no, you're perfect. And she is. Such a lovely girl! In great shape as well. In the back of my mind, sick as it is, I was happy. Her saying that to me made me feel like ... idk... qualified, like she thought I was skinny enough to say that to or with... idk it's fucjed and obvi i would never wanna say that to her , she really is beautiful and again I say in fantastic shape, but like the fact that she could talk like that with me like we were just 2 skinny ass queens lol idk It tickled my brain real good

Saturday was the best day of the week 🤗🚶‍♀️17179 steps proud of myself

My day today, very boring, worked a lot. Finished household chores at home... and then finally found the motivation to go for a walk on the treadmill. Best invention ever if this can be done in the living room. Walked for 1 hour. 13,000 steps, burned 2,400 kcal today. Ate 575 kcal. Great day, if only every day were like this.
