I have my cancer rising at 29 degrees and the houses in my natal chart are not in the exact order as the usual cancer rising chart like i have my fifth house in sagittarius and not in scorpio? I’m confused as hell does that mean i’m a leo rising or am i still a cancer rising?

Hey there! 🖤 Oh thats so interesting!! 🖤🖤 I’ve read for someone who has their asc at 29′ as well, we did whole signs for the chart bc we both felt it resonates a little better -- but the asc is still the same🖤🖤So with that said, your rising is in cancer, please dont worry 🖤🖤 Your 1st house however, probably has a strong leo influence in it as well. And that’s important to consider (not leo asc, but strong leo influence if that makes sense) 🖤

I think I talked about this a couple times before, but the house ruler (asc in this case) is like the entrance to the building, and then the sign inside of the house (leo in this case) is like the actual lobby/reception area. If there’s planets falling in the house, they’re the receptionist/workers there to greet you. It’s a whole interactive experience, think of it like walking into a first meeting with someone/of a company you want to get hired at and seeing it for the first time as the 1st house maybe? 🖤

But yeah, I hope this helps 🖤The meridan (IC/MC) even without the rising being at 29 can always be tilted a certain way. Like say there’s a Cancer rising, the IC doesn’t always have to be Libra, sometimes not everyone’s house is evenly distributed either. It’s ok it doesn’t have to be a perfect 30′ for each house! 🖤

I got a big question about comparability w cusp signs like how would that affect ur potential??? I'm a full blown Aquarius born smack in the middle of the season but my boyfriend is a Virgo libra cusp n it's uh interesting

Hey there! 💕I want to show you this cool neat thing called decans that I’ve been studying on!! 💕 I think it really helps with influences of the signs, especially if you want to look deeper than just it’s stereotypes 💕

Usually you can apply them to your Sun signs, but I find it helpful with the Axis and if we really want to glean for more information it could also have minor influences on our planets too (which helps with stringing everything together).

You could look at your own decan, as well as your boyfriend’s. If your boyfriend is on the 29′ -- that’s a critical/anoretic degree and you might want to look at the effects of what it implies (if not-- like if he’s maybe a 28′ Virgo then I think he still qualifies as a Virgo/Taurus decan for the majority of the placement)
