who was your fave character?

Iwakura. He’s second after Maeda for being the most decent/kind person on the crew, but Maeda’s got the whole im-going-to-save-everyone protagonist thing that can get quite unrealistic at some points, and its Iwakura who usually bails Maeda out of situations caused by that very trait. And, they could’ve easily made Iwakura the cold, uncaring soldier type, but Iwakura is, again, quite a decent person.

That and he’s cool as shit, and Maeda’s hairstyle makes him look like a coconut so Iwakura wins by style by a landslide.
