Cerulean
My blue sea
snatched away
two daggers and
a spade
spilt more than
the blood mixed
in grime, crawling
floorside, outside
shoreside, high tide
the sun's high
five pairs of eyes blind
shallow shore blue
easy enough to
break inside
pearls and hearts
watching treasure
fall from the throat
of my bride
married in nine lives
to the oceanside
sailing dreams into
the horizon
and now dying
in cerulean lighting
three pairs of eyes
panic, terror and
quickly vacant
decimated across
ten thousand pages
of torment and pain
Never a more furious
storm than anguish
and rage
as my blue sea
left from me
the beach turned
disaster
as the weather
stormed
in faster
crimson turned
the rain
the wind
howled
snapping countless
spines and worthless
backs of the feeble mudane,
thunder
blared
blinding judgment,
pale justice claiming
right from the wrong
the sea, a woven song
and bloodied dove,
pale innoncence
robbed, forsaken
and then
tides of blood
hollow the winds
now
fleeting are the
sounds
forty years and now
terror
gave way to
the
greatest calm
that ever came
and the skies were
cerulean
another Blue
As beautiful
As a blue rose
And I dress you,
Putting every petal in it's place
Tearing you from my heart
Forcing you home in a vase
I'm a gardener and you're on display
Blue roses, beginning of love's corrosion
You'll forever remain
Even as other flowers fall grey .
I use my tools to fix and allude
eternal beauty and ensue
That the moment of misery
Is overshadowed by
Whom?
Will you be my blue rose
Hesistant and pigeoned-toed
Callous and morose
Yet redeemed in this prose
As I stitch these azure petals to you
1,000 pages of my infatuation with
the color blue
Endless motivation towards the persuasion
that villains deserve some love too
You'll stand sun or candle-lit
On a windowpane three inches thick
Under a sign that says
'Don't be tricked'
The corrosion is easily missed
Rust stains and bloodstains,
An easy palette to mix
Paint it over in blue and
Apologize, be true
And here, here's rose for you
May your troubled times not find reminisce
Let the ugly side hide
Underneath blue petals very thin
And let the stem not catch on the hem
Of your unraveling mind
Solace covers the anguish
Patience is divine
Forgiveness never comes easy at first
You'll have to give it time
