Pre-production on two upcoming albums is finally underway! With an acoustic EP scheduled to release soon and a full length scheduled soon after that, I’m hoping this year will be a pretty eventful one. I’ve got the artwork for both planned out already, and the full length is about a third of the way written. As for the acoustic EP it’s just a matter of making time to record. The search continues, however, for a permanent lineup. As many may know, my good friend Sean of The Astral Cadence has been filling in on leads, Louie, my lead guitarist in Behind The Facade has been filling in on bass, and Nick of Cheap Divorce has just recently stepped in temporarily on drums. Everyone is temporary at this moment, me being the only standing member of Another Astronaut. We’ve got two shows lined up for April. One being a free solo acoustic set in the Bronx on April 5th. The other being a full band set with our good friends at Hollis Woods Community Church in Queens on April 18th. So be sure to check those out if you’re around. Slingshot Dakota is going to be closing the night on the 18th, and let me tell you, those peeps are amazing. As for now, I’m delirious enough to leave you with a little 8-bit version of one of the newest songs I’ve finished in the hopes that someone will hear it and fulfill my dream of having an action packed 8-bit Another Astronaut game where you fight cabbages and shoot lasers. The full song will be out on the full length sometime later this year. So enjoy!
