i think more women watch porn than they admit, becuase it is acceptable for men to talk aobut it freely and also i think women wont watch it bc its for men and mostly geared at men / with a heavy male gaze

i think this is the response that i most agree with so far, being that i’m sure it’s skewed perception-wise being that most women don’t feel like they can openly discuss it, but it’s still drastically lesser and the whole “it’s geared at men” is the reason why, hmph (I was really just asking to see the different responses I’d get, not looking for anything in particular)

ugh i used to feel exactly this on a regular basis. it fucking sucks. are threre no free youth ones you could apply for ? most of them have waiting lists but its worth it x

I don't think I could apply to one because A) I am 20 years old, B) My family doesn't have that high of an income but we're not poor. My mom wouldn't buy me lipstick for $3 and I doubt she'd pay for therapy. And even if she would, she would have to drive me every week and wait an hour because I don't have my license and no money for a car. And my dad got stationed in another state for his job and he can't drive us down to see us that often. I feel like if I asked my mom for therapy she would just find a way to use it against me, like she uses me wanting to quit college against me.
